• Team members do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 30 lbs. These types of activities could injure our members or damage property. If you have a desired area to be cleaned that require moving appliances such as a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access.


  • Failure to make any and all payments on the scheduled service day will obtain a non-payment fee of $15.


  • After each cleaning, credit cards will be charged. The charges will include the current balance that is due for scheduled day of cleaning.  In addition, any fee that is pre-approved for additional time required on special requests for your home cleaning.


  • House Cleaning Tampa liability limits, for where the breakage/loss occurred, are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day of cleaning. All notifications are required to be made within 48 hours of service.  No exceptions.


  • Items to be excluded from all liability are; cash, jewelry, electronics, art, antiques, hard to get items, one of a kind items, and items of sentimental value.


  • All the information submitted to House Cleaning Tampa will be fully protected.  Our company maintains the highest level of confidentiality with its customers’ data.


  • In the event you hire a present or past staff member for any housekeeping related service outside of your agreement, our referral fee is $2,500. This fee is due within 30 days upon notification. If the fee is not paid, House Cleaning Tampa reserves the right to pursue other forms and actions of collection.
